How to Make a Return:
Damaged Returns: If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, I offer a hassle-free photo return process to expedite replacement. Here's how:
- Take a digital photo of the damaged product and the shipping container as well (if the packaging was damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email to joelfsilverman[at]gmail[dot]com
- You'll receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. I will process the replacement based on your photos.
- Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
Regular Returns: You may return your product for a full credit of the product cost (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:

- Ship your item back to me in it's original packaging and enclose your completed return form. I strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method, as I can only issue credit for products which arrive. Send returns to:
